Cult survivor, gardener, content creator. Founder of Gardanne Collective. TEDx speaker on rewriting our stories with food. Now channeling ten years of cooking, hosting, and traveling into a project that celebrates all of it — launching soon.

I'm a founder and a cook. I've built a dinner club and stood on a red circle to tell an audience how a plate of food can rewrite a life. In between, I've been to twenty-four countries and cooked around the world.
Everything I've learned up to this point is coming together in a project that celebrates cooking, hosting, and tradition — launching soon.
Two projects are on their way in Dalarna County, Sweden. Details coming soon.
Ten years of dinners, dirt, fire, broken backs, weddings, and celebrations collected into a single book. Sign up to hear first when there's a title, a cover, a pre-order, or a reading near you.

Gardanne started small and grew into something I couldn't have predicted: a waitlist of over five hundred people, dinners in draped gardens, candlelit rooms, sun-soaked backyards. The food was never really the point — it was the invitation.
They come as strangers. They leave as something else. My husband Mayank stands at the door, greets them and pours the wine while I'm in the kitchen.
The recipes we inherit are not the only ones on offer. Every meal is a chance to revise the story we were handed — a spoonful of authorship, three times a day.

Pottery is a hobby, plain and simple — hours at the wheel as a counterweight to a very online life. Many of the plates, bowls, and serving pieces on the Gardanne table were thrown right here in my studio.
